About Sophie

I am currently an undergraduate student studying Classics at the University of Cambridge, and so can also help with university applications, especially those regarding Oxbridge. Before returning to University, I worked in education for five years, primarily as a teaching assistant focusing on children with special needs, but also as a GCSE mentor. I have also worked in America as a sensory specialist assisting children and young adults with severe special needs and disabilities. I therefore have a lot of experience with all levels of education, from primary all the way through to further education, and am eager to help students get the most out of their time learning.

About the lesson

Book an online lesson for some tailored tutoring to give yourself an academic boost. Whether you are looking for help preparing your child for the Kent Test, GCSE's or A-levels, personal tutoring sessions could give a significant advantage and alleviate stress. Most lessons with me will be online to ensure safety and allow greater flexibility, and will generally last an hour, but again this can be flexible. My priority is personalising my lessons around my students, making sure that all gaps in their knowledge are filled and they are given the tools to consolidate, revise and succeed outside of my lessons as well.
