About Drishya
I am currently a Cambridge University offerholder (History) who studied History, Classical Civilisations and Economics at A-Level. Having previously worked for Kumon Canterbury, I have yrs of tutoring experience and hold an enhanced DBS check.
Kumon Canterbury is a local tuition centre known for its individualised Maths and English programmes. Having worked there for 1-and-a-half years, and tutoring children from ages 5-16, I have developed my English teaching skills and gained an enhanced DBS check.

Being both a full-time student and previous tutor myself, I bring this experience to enliven my teaching and bring clarity to English. No child is the same - with my experience working at such a specialised centre like Kumon, I tailor each student an individualised and flexible programme.
My main area of expertise lies in GCSE English Literature and English Language, as well as A-Level History.
GCSE: I studied An Inspector Calls, Macbeth, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. I created personalised revision notes which were the main reason that I achieved 9s - I am more than happy to share these with students.
A-Level: OCR China and its Rulers, Cold War in Asia, Wars of the Roses.
I can provide last-minute support before exam season or long-term guidance.
