About Celine
Namaste! I'm passionate about sharing the beauty and tradition of Carnatic music with students of all ages. My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment where every student feels confident to learn, grow, and express themselves through music.
I believe that a strong foundation is the key to mastering Carnatic music. My lessons focus on developing correct shruti (pitch), laya (rhythm), voice culture, and clear pronunciation while helping students understand the essence of each composition. My teaching approach is centered on building a strong foundation while making learning Carnatic music enjoyable and meaningful. My aim is to help students develop correct vocal technique, a deep understanding of Carnatic music, and confidence in their performances.
