About Nidhi
I am an INFS certified Fitness Consultant(Expert level) with an experience of two years. I have been successfully handling clients online with many transformations. I motivate my clients to make a lifestyle change by adopting clean eating habits and incorporating physical exercise in their daily routine. I don't believe in dieting for temporary results. My journey started from being an overweight person but I always had that spark to get better.I have successfully been able to transform myself and get rid of 15 kgs.This spark was further fuelled when I got introduced to S.Q.U.A.T.S which helped in transforming my passion into profession. What I believe is that fitness and well-being is a lifelong process and therefore has to be practical and sustainable.I believe that' Actions Speak Louder than Words'. Walk the talk is more important than mere words. Join me and embark into this wonderful world of fitness and begin your inspiring journey. With Discipline and Dedication, it's possible to achieve everything. My aim in life is to help people reach their fitness goals.Weight loss is not a physical challenge. Our bodies are capable of pushing hard, it's our mind we need to convince.Our Fitness is 100% mental. I have knowledge not only about nutrition but also exercise science and can help client in both as per their goals.
