About Niall
I started out skinny, had failed multiple times at the gym, and couldn’t stick to complicated programs or diets. In January 2023 I restarted with a simple approach: training 3 times per week and eating easy, repeatable meals that didn’t take over my life. By December 2024 I had built a lean, aesthetic physique that gets noticed in everyday life.
My current lifts include a 32.5 kg dumbbell shoulder press for 6 reps and a 23.5 kg weighted chin-up for 5 reps. I train naturally and everything I teach is based only on what actually worked for me — no gimmicks, no extremes, no living in the kitchen.
I help people who want visible results without obsessive dieting or complicated routines. If you want to look athletic, lean, and confident while keeping training and food simple, this is exactly what I do.
