About Quanita
Quanita has been a professional dancer and dance teacher for 8 years, having performed at events like Pride Month, the IPL in India, The 7's Rugby World Cup, as well as in various commercials, movies, and short films. Quanita aims to combine her dance expertise with a focus on mind-body awareness to help students manage their emotions and external environment effectively.
Her deep cultural awareness is supported by an Anthropology degree acquired from UCT.
