About Paul

I have spent much of my career working in senior executive and policy roles across government, regulation, and economic reform. Along the way, I also gained experience in public sector recruiting, which gave me insight into how organizations assess talent and what helps candidates stand out.

Today I use that experience to support professionals who want to take the next step in their career with more confidence and clarity. I understand that career decisions can be stressful, especially when you are not sure how to present yourself or what direction to take. My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience.

Whether you are preparing for your next role, considering a career transition, aiming for promotion, or stepping into leadership, I can help you sharpen your direction and present yourself more effectively.

My background includes senior executive roles in public policy, regulation reform, governance, and economic reform. I also have experience in public sector recruiting. These roles have given me a broad perspective on professional progression and the demands of more senior appointments.
