After each session, I provide a concise summary of key insights, along with a personalised action plan to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. This might include practical next steps, reflection prompts, or resources to support your progress between sessions. My approach is thoughtful, empowering, and grounded in both strategic insight and emotional intelligence which helps you build momentum in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
