About SANDHIYA
I have spent over 22 years building my career in banking and non-financial risk across international banking organizations. I have had the privilege of leading global teams, building new capabilities and partnering with senior leaders on risk, governance and transformation initiatives.
Like most careers, mine has not been a straight line. I have experienced both the highs and the lows, made mistakes, faced setbacks, questioned my decisions at times, and learned valuable lessons along the way. Those experiences have taught me resilience, adaptability and the importance of continually learning and reinventing yourself. Looking back, some of my biggest growth came from the challenges rather than the successes.
I am at a stage in my career where my greatest sense of achievement no longer comes just from my own accomplishments, but from helping others succeed.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with leaders and colleagues who challenged me, believed in me and helped shape my growth. I have experienced promotions, role changes, difficult periods, missed opportunities and moments of self-doubt. I have made mistakes, learned from them and become more resilient because of those experiences.
As a coach I can help you navigate those moments. Sometimes people don't need someone to give them all the answers; they need someone to listen, ask the right questions, share real experiences and help them see possibilities they may not have considered. Whether you are exploring your next move, preparing for leadership, overcoming self-doubt or simply trying to make sense of the many career choices ahead, I can be a sounding board. My coaching style is honest, practical and supportive—I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I'll share what I've learned, ask questions that make you think, and help you build the confidence to make decisions that are right for you.
