-> Dan 1 Black Belt in Taekwondo Martial Art. Certified from Kukkiwon University, World Taekwondo Headquarters, South Korea.
-> Certified in Advance Personal training program from Golds Gym Institute. Also certified in Female Fitness, Special Population and CPR AED program.
-> Instructional experience of 8+ years.
-> Provides self defense classes, fitness classes, weight loss program to men, women and kids (Single and Group) irrespective of age.

About the lesson

-> My class starts with stretching following with exercises with home equipment such as skipping rope, ladder, ankle weights etc. (Stamina training)
-> Moreover I provide heavy weight training with the help of dumbbells and barbell, if available. (Strength training)
-> To break the monotony, a much required Self defense drill is also included in the class. This includes strikes and counter.
-> Specially for kids, I provide demonstration classes which includes flying kicks and some fun loving action choreography. It also helps kids how to tackle bullies or how to get out of a difficult situation.
-> Single and group classes to men, women and kids. Age no bar.
-> My method focus on building self confidence, character and skill in people through mental and physical discipline.
