Hello! I am a certified Professional Executive Coach. I am also a Telecommunications Engineer (telecommunication systems) from the Carlos lll University of Madrid. I teach coaching sessions in both Spanish and English. I am passionate about the results and benefits that personal, professional and executive coaching, as well as training and mentoring based on the principles and competencies of coaching brings both individuals and companies. I am an expert in change management and talent development. I have an international experience of more than 17 years holding managerial positions, mainly in Sales and Technologies, in various sectors: Telecommunications and Information Technology (Amena, Adatel, Jazztel, InWin) Scientific and Technological Publishing (Nature Publishing Group, Palgrave Macmillan and Springer Nature) and Gran Comercio (Harrods). In addition, I am an entrepreneur co-founder of a Start-up in the technology / hospitality sector based in London. About the lesson

I use a structured methodology based on ontological coaching, European and American current, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, psychodrama techniques and Neuroscience. My clients obtain extraordinary results due to the methodology applied, together with the experience and skills approved by the International Coaching Federation.
