About Anna
Hello! My name is Anna, and I am a certified educator with classroom experience supporting elementary students in reading, writing, and foundational academic skills. I currently work in special education, where I specialize in helping students who need extra support build confidence and make real progress.
My tutoring sessions focus on strengthening core reading and writing skills, improving comprehension, and developing strategies that help students become more independent learners. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor lessons to meet each student's needs while creating a supportive and encouraging environment.

I am a certified educator with experience supporting students across a wide range of academic needs, including general education and special education settings. I hold a teaching degree and have worked primarily with elementary and middle school students, providing instruction in reading, writing, and math. I regularly adapt lessons to match student learning styles, whether that means incorporating hands-on activities, visual supports, guided practice, or structured skill-building routines. My background in special education has also given me strong experience in breaking down complex skills into manageable steps and building foundational confidence in struggling learners.
As a tutor, my goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students feel capable and motivated. I prioritize creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel safe asking questions and making mistakes.
