Hi, I’m Cindy! As a certified English Language Arts teacher with a Master’s in Secondary Education, I focus on helping students feel confident and capable in their reading and writing skills. My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and personalized to each learner’s needs.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in and goal for the day, followed by reading or writing activities that build key skills like comprehension, vocabulary, and essay structure. I use clear examples, step-by-step guidance, and positive feedback so students can see their progress right away.
What makes my approach unique is how I connect literature and writing to students’ real-life experiences and interests. I believe learning should feel meaningful and motivating!
