About Amrapali

Amrapali Chatterjee is a British Council certified English instructor. She is also trained to teach phonics (essential for foundational English and spellings) and certified by Jolly Phonics, UK.
She has over 19 years of experience training children of all ages, ranging from STD 1 to 8. She specialises in sight-reading, conversational English, creative writing, and English foundation.
Her students have excelled in the language in school and after.

About the lesson

My teaching is student-centric. I support children by adopting an adaptive approach since each child is different. My methods usually follow Cambridge methodology – I incorporate games and 'fun learning' so that students enjoy themselves while picking up key language skills.

Perfect! A very well experienced English teacher who understands her kids right from the first class. She in fact tailored some of the learning sessions based on our kids’ strengths and weaknesses. All her classes are fun and interesting; and kids are fully engrossed happily. She tries to bring out the kids’ creative and innovative responses by putting different situations, where the clarity of thinking is enhanced. She also ensures a collaborative approach with parents so that the full potential of the kids are brought out. We are very happy with how the classes are progressing and the improvement we see in our kids. Definitely recommended!!!
