About Ammaar
Seeing people go through so much in their bid to be healthy as we all know that nothing is more important than health, it's rather sad to see people spend and go through so much and yet not achieve their aim. The medical and pharmaceutical industries are unfortunately profit based, and the customer many times comes second. Based on a preventive approach where we teach people how to take charge of their health by living as healthy as they possibly can; diet and lifestyle, to initially prevent illness as much as possible. And to explore natural, alternative methods of healing in the event of illness, rather than popping pills and exposing themselves to danger.

Alternative approaches to health and fitness, which are the natural ways have seen a marked increase as the choice route for many people around the world. Safer, cheaper, more in-tune with the body. Nutrition, massage, meditation, exercise, acupuncture therapy and cupping are the most natural, in-tune with the body ways to a healthier and higher quality of life. A combination of all that culminates into a lifestyle that assures not only the best quality of life, but also the best way to detox the body from decades of foreign substance usage.
