About Prithvi
I am Prithvi Nandan and I am here to teach and guide you through all your fitness goals. I myself had hands-on experience in bodybuilding, and sports fitness. I had also worked as a gymnastics teacher and taught kids of all ages. I feel working out should be fun and interesting and not a robotic act. As a personal trainer specializing in fitness, bodybuilding, and gymnastics, my teaching approach is practical, goal-oriented, and client-focused. Class Structure: Each session typically includes: A dynamic warm-up (5–10 minutes) Skill development or technique training (gymnastics/bodybuilding basics) Main workout segment (strength, endurance, or conditioning focused) Cool-down with stretching or mobility exercises Brief recap or feedback session My Special Features as a Teacher: I customize every workout plan based on the student’s goals and fitness level. I’m highly encouraging and positive—helping students stay motivated even on tough days. My background across different fitness domains helps me offer variety and keep things engaging. My classes are suitable for school children (age 12+), college students, and adults of all fitness levels—whether you're a beginner looking to get fit, or an intermediate athlete aiming to improve performance or physique.
