About Kamal
I was a former fat kid who discovered bodybuilding and lost over 50kgs. I want to help you lose that weight and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. Going from 130kgs to 80kgs, my life has completely changed. I feel healthier, and stronger and I want to make sure that whoever is working with me, achieves similar results.
