About Konstantinos
Hello, I’m Konstantinos — a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in boxing, calisthenics, and outdoor fitness. I’ve always believed that training the body is a way to strengthen both the mind and soul, bringing us closer to nature and simplicity — away from closed spaces and gym noise.
My coaching is deeply rooted in the values of humility, discipline, and groundedness, inspired by my Orthodox Christian faith. I teach because I genuinely love helping people unlock the potential they didn’t know they had — to discover that showing up, even in difficult conditions, can lead to powerful transformation.
In a world saturated with unrealistic fitness trends, aesthetics, and pressure for quick results, my approach offers a sanctuary through movement — a return to natural, long-lasting fitness. My goal is to help you fall in love with consistency, build strength, and maintain habits that truly serve you. No yo-yo routines. No hype. Just real, sustainable progress you can carry for life.
I design gym-free, outdoor-inspired workouts using bodyweight, resistance bands, boxing foundations, and plyometrics — all of which can fit in a backpack and be done anywhere. My coaching is adaptable, supportive, and focused on real-life consistency over flashy trends.
I work with clients of all levels — beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone seeking a more holistic, disciplined, and grounded fitness journey.

My Approach to Coaching & Teaching
My coaching is rooted in simplicity, structure, and accountability, tailored to each individual’s goals and environment. I follow that simplicity and disciplined mindset that is rooted in my Orthodox Christian faith that is deeply rooted in humility and building a body that is functional, hardy and can endure our daily cross both mentally, physically and spiritually. I combine bodyweight training, resistance bands, boxing foundations, and plyometrics — offering a holistic fitness experience grounded in both physical discipline and inner balance and spirituality.
Teaching Style & Methodology
I focus on clear, practical movement instruction, habit-building, and mindset support. Each session is designed to be effective and adaptable, whether you're working out at home, in your backyard, or at a local park. I also incorporate motivational coaching and optional guidance for those observing fasting or needing spiritual alignment in their health journey.
️ Typical Lesson Length
Sessions are 45–60 minutes, including warm-up, main set, and cooldown/stretch.
Weekly check-ins and video plan reviews are offered to ensure progress and consistency.

Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer (UK)
Specializing in outdoor, no-gym training, with experience in coaching beginners, comeback clients, and those seeking structure during fasting or lifestyle change periods.
Background in boxing, plyometrics, calisthenics, bodyweight and outdoor cross training.

I coach from a place of faith, simplicity, and real-life experience. Rooted in my Orthodox Christian values, I focus on building strong, functional, injury-resistant bodies — not chasing trends or aesthetics. As a fitness geek , I believe the aesthetics will come naturally through consistent work — but what matters most is habit, discipline, and inner resilience.
