As a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience, I take a personalized, client-focused approach to teaching mobility and functional movement. My sessions are designed to not only improve strength and flexibility but also enhance overall body awareness and prevent injury.

Typical Lesson Plan:
A typical lesson begins with a mobility warm-up to enhance range of motion and release any tension in the muscles.
