I am a MA Certified French and ESL teacher with 16 years experience at a top high school. I have tutored extensively and have great references! The national trend in World Language education is moving decisively toward adoption of the ACTFL Proficiency model. While this is an emerging curriculum at most high schools, I am fortunate to be a teacher at a school where Proficiency-based teaching is well-established. I love working with students to share my love and knowledge of the French language. I am particularly successful at helping reluctant French language learners to find their strengths so that they can succeed in their language class.
