About Tanmaya
Tanmaya is a trained and Certified Global Career Counsellor, by Univariety co-branded with UCLA for green certification in Career Counseling.
She is also a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach, certified by Robbins-Madanes Training, USA, a leading brand in Coach Training.
With has over 20years of corporate experience and last 15 years in leadership roles in multinational companies she has mentored and coached the teams to move up the career ladder. She is a postgraduate in International Trade from Symbiosis Pune. She is the Founder of Altrunexus Carrus Edge Solutions (ACE Solutions) an organization that provides Inspired Career Solutions.
Using the Strategic intervention coaching tools and techniques she helps students, graduates and professionals to find their best career paths that are aligned to their core values, interests and personality. As a qualified S.I. Life and Career Coach, what Tanmaya enjoys most is to be the catalyst to provide that little spark of inspiration that will lead you to greater satisfaction and happiness in wherever you work.
