About Roberta

I have been teaching for the past 10 years and I love to keep training and learning new techniques and new approaches to the language. The lessons are tailor made to my students' needs. I teach one to one or small groups with a variable number of students, ONLINE ONLY via webcam. Contact me for a free introductory meeting and to discuss your learning journey. I am a Cambridge CELTA, YL-ext and CLIL qualified teacher.

About the lesson

***ONLINE ONLY ***Group sessions are structured around the group interests and needs, encouraging everyone to join in, while one-to-one sessions focus on meeting each student's personal needs and goals. I am a passionate and reliable teacher and I am happy to give my students the tools to express themselves in a foreign language feeling confident to make mistakes and improve their knowledge day by day. Being an Italian as second language teacher with groups of adults of different backgrounds and level of language I have to plan my activities to be as inclusive as possible, not only to help students learn but also to engage them in the learning process. I am well aware of the difficulties a student encounters during the learning process and I always put my experience as a learner into practice when I teach. My teaching method is the so called "natural approach" : emphasising communication and oral expression while learning the grammar through speaking.
