About Tonya
Hi there! My name is Tonya, and I’m a passionate fitness and wellness coach dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels move, feel better, and enjoy life. I’m currently completing certifications in Zumba, POUND, Walk Fit (indoor/outdoor walking), and ISSA Personal Training, which allows me to offer a wide variety of fun, safe, and effective workouts. I also hold multiple life coaching certifications from Transformation Academy. Academically, I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and I’m set to graduate with my Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. My background gives me a strong foundation in strategy, client management, and communication—skills I bring to every coaching session. Having navigated my own journey with grief and weight loss, I understand how challenging it can be to stay motivated and consistent. Helping others reach their goals not only inspires them but also keeps me on track and growing every day. My approach combines movement, mindfulness, and personalized guidance, acting as your virtual cheerleader and accountability coach to keep you motivated, on track, and celebrating every win along the way.

I specialize in grief coaching, therapeutic art, meditation, seated yoga, and indoor walking, alongside high-energy fitness classes like Zumba and POUND. My approach is supportive, practical, and designed to help you find balance in both mind and body. Whether you’re navigating loss, seeking stress relief, or simply wanting gentle movement or fun group workouts, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step—while keeping you motivated and accountable.
Payment & Packages
To keep things simple and consistent, I offer monthly coaching packages instead of pay-per-session. This ensures your spot is reserved and helps you stay committed to your goals.
Monthly Options:
Basic Plan – 2 sessions/month – $60
Standard Plan – 4 sessions/month – $120
Premium Plan – 8 sessions/month – $200

How Payment Works
Payment is made upfront at the start of each month.
