About Jack
I am a certified Lifesaving Coach 🛟, experienced in teaching both children and adults. My lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate swimmers of all ages, whether they are learning to swim for the first time, improving their technique, or building confidence in the water.
My goal is to help every student become a safe, confident, and capable swimmer through personalized guidance and positive encouragement.

My teaching approach focuses on building water confidence , safety awareness 🛟, and proper swimming techniques in a supportive and enjoyable environment . Every student learns at a different pace, so I tailor each lesson according to the student's age, ability, and learning goals .
For beginners, I emphasize water familiarization , breathing techniques ️, floating 🛟, kicking , and basic water safety skills ️ before progressing to swimming strokes. For intermediate swimmers, lessons focus on stroke correction , endurance , efficiency , and overall swimming performance .
Lessons are 60 minutes ️ long, I believe in a structured yet patient teaching style that helps students develop confidence while enjoying the learning process .
