About Rachel

I am Rachel, and I am a Certified Master Life Coach, and I have over 10 years of experience working with people of diverse backgrounds. I have a degree in Sociology and am certified in working with victims of trauma. I have experience working as a community support specialist with individuals that have mental health, substance abuse, and physical abuse issues. I pride myself on creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment with my clients, and I’m very patient and understanding. I love finding joy in the journey of changing lives!

About the lesson

My approach to clients would be that I offer a free 30-minute consult to all potential clients. Individual sessions, which last a full 60 minutes, are what my pricing is based on. I do not charge for emails or texts. Over-the-phone sessions start at $50 an hour, and in-person start at $60 an hour. I also give deals and work with clients who may need services but are having financial challenges.
