Complemented by the wisdom of Zen Counseling, my sessions offer a holistic path to self-discovery, emotional regulation, and lasting peace.

With over 12 years of experience guiding students through the nuances of the mind, I offer practices designed to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern stress. This class moves beyond just "quieting the mind" to provide you with practical, evidence-based tools for emotional resilience and mental clarity. Whether you are a first-timer or a long-term practitioner, you will leave feeling centered, refreshed, and equipped to handle the week ahead.
I facilitate meditations using the power of various techniques and associated music created specially to bring the best experience. My way of conducting sessions is guided, intense and aimed to provide a soothing and calming experience to the participant. I am trained in a variety of meditation techniques; Active, Passive and Guided and each one intended to work in different ways to bring joy and relaxation to whomsoever practises it.
My sessions last for30 minutes to an hour
I can do sessions over Zoom as per the requirements.
