I am an internationally certified Advanced Yoga Trainer with 9 years of teaching experience, helping students build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Face Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. My classes are personalized for all ages and experience levels, focusing on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and sustainable progress in a supportive environment.

About the Meditation Class
Duration: 60 minutes
Each meditation session is designed to calm the mind, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace through guided mindfulness and breathing practices.
Class Flow:
️ Opening (3–5 mins): Short Gayatri Mantra or Patanjali Mantra to create a peaceful and focused environment.
️ Breath Awareness (8–10 mins): Gentle Pranayama to relax the body, regulate breathing, and prepare the mind.
Gentle Stretching (5–10 mins): Light movements to release physical tension and support comfortable sitting.
Guided Meditation (30–35 mins): Techniques may include mindfulness, breath meditation, mantra meditation, concentration, visualization, or loving-kindness meditation, based on your goals.
Closing (5–10 mins): Silent reflection, gratitude practice, and a gentle return to daily awareness.
