About Sam
I am a certified National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor with a strong focus on swimming technique and water safety. Swimming has been an important part of my life, and I enjoy helping students become more confident and efficient in the water.
I am trained in teaching the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. My teaching style is patient, structured, and technique-focused. I believe that once students understand body position, breathing, and timing, swimming becomes much easier and more enjoyable.
Safety is always my first priority. With my lifeguard training and coaching experience, I create a supportive learning environment where students can build skills step by step and gain real confidence in the water.

My swimming lessons focus on building strong technique and water confidence through structured, step-by-step training. I specialize in helping beginners and developing swimmers improve the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
A typical lesson begins with water confidence and warm-up drills, followed by technique work on body position, breathing, kicking, and arm coordination. I use simple drills to help students understand how efficient swimming works instead of just “trying harder” in the water.
My lessons are ideal for beginners, children, and swimmers who want to improve their stroke technique. As a certified lifeguard and swim instructor, safety and clear instruction are always my top priorities.
The goal of every lesson is to help students swim more efficiently, feel more confident in the water, and gradually master all four strokes.

Perfect! Sam is a patient and thoughtful instructor.
