About Kundai

Hi there, My name is Kundai Murapa. I'm an internationally certified PT, parkour coach, stuntman and sports model.

I am the founder of Sabotage Elite Freerunning, South Africa's most successful parkour crew and creator of the TraceFit Method.

I am experienced in general fitness personal training as well as nutrition coaching and specialized functional mobility (animal flow, parkour, calisthenics)

My name is Kundai, and I developed this training system following over a decade practicing parkour and doing stunts on film sets.

I offer a broad spectrum of general fitness and nutrition service while also having some special skills to spice up your workouts, putting the fun in functional.
