About Anhad
I’m a competitive bodybuilder and national-level powerlifter with years of experience in training, nutrition, and biomechanics. Through my journey, I’ve realized that most people struggle not because they lack effort, but because they lack the right guidance.
My goal is to simplify fitness and help you understand your body—how to train effectively, avoid injuries, and stay consistent. Whether you have access to a full gym or just basic equipment at home, I’ll design a plan that works for you.
I share my knowledge to help you build strength, confidence, and a physique you can sustain for life.

My classes are designed to deliver results even with limited equipment. Using light dumbbells and bodyweight, I focus on proper biomechanics, controlled tempo, and targeted muscle activation to make each rep effective.
I also emphasize mobility, joint health, and recovery, supported by personalized nutrition plans. This ensures clients not only build muscle and strength but stay injury-free and consistent.
