About Timothy
I've been training seriously for over 20 years — not as a hobby, but as a discipline. I've gone through every phase most people struggle with: starting from skinny fat, building muscle, stripping fat, and pushing through plateaus. I didn't just read about these challenges — I lived them, which means when you're going through them, I already know what works and what doesn't.
On the credentials side, I hold an ACE Personal Trainer certification and an ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist qualification — two of the most respected certifications in the fitness industry. But honestly, what I'm most proud of isn't the paper. It's the ability to look at someone, understand where they are, and build a path forward that actually fits their life.
I take coaching seriously. I show up prepared, I track your progress, and I give you honest feedback — not just encouragement. I believe the best coaches are the ones who respect your time, adapt to your needs, and hold you accountable without making you dread the process.

My approach
I don't believe in handing someone a program and saying "follow this." Training is too individual for that. I pay attention to how you move, how you're recovering, and how you feel that day — and I adjust from there. Some weeks we push hard. Some weeks we pull back. That's not inconsistency, that's how real progress works. I blend science-based principles with old-school training philosophy — because both matter.
What a session looks like
Sessions typically run 60 minutes. We'll spend the first few together doing a proper assessment — movement patterns, fitness baseline, what you've tried before and why it didn't stick. From there every session is built around where you are right now, not where a template assumes you should be.
Background
I've been training consistently for over 20 years, covering every phase — building muscle, losing fat, building back up from a long layoff. I hold an ACE Personal Trainer certification and an ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist qualification. The certifications gave me the science. The two decades gave me the instinct to know when to trust it and when to adapt.
Who this is for
Complete beginners who don't know where to start. Intermediate lifters who've stopped progressing and can't figure out why. Anyone who's done the programs, watched the videos, and still isn't seeing results. If you're serious about changing how you look, feel, and perform — regardless of your current level — we can work together.
