About Cindy
A pole dancer since 2017, XPERT Fitness certified and PSO 2025 runner-up, I offer private pole dance lessons online and in person (either at my home in Paris or yours if you have a pole). My style combines flow and technique, whether static or spinning. Together, we'll create a program tailored to your goals and pace, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Each class is tailored to your level and goals, whether you're discovering pole dance for the first time, progressing with technical moves, working on your flow and artistic expression, or preparing a choreography for a performance or event. We always start with a suitable warm-up, essential for preparing your body. Then, we work on specific technical elements (holds, moves, transitions) before integrating them into sequences (static and/or spinning). My classes are based on my personal experience, but I always adapt to what you want to explore. No pressure, no judgment: the idea is that you leave each session with something concrete and the satisfaction of having progressed. What you need: comfortable clothing (shorts are recommended for skin grips), and if the class takes place at your home, a pole.

Perfect! J’ai pris un cours avec Cindy et je recommande vraiment
C’est une prof super chaleureuse et bienveillante, qui sait s’adapter à nos envies et à notre niveau. Elle met rapidement en confiance et l’ambiance du cours est très agréable.
En seulement un cours, elle m’a appris plein de figures tout en prenant le temps de bien expliquer. On sent qu’elle est passionnée et qu’elle aime transmettre.Perfect! Super cours! Cindy est chaleureuse , patiente et très pédagogue. Elle n'hésite pas à partager ses astuces pour nous faire progresser. Je ressors du cours ravie avec l'envie d'y retourner très bientôt.
