About Nadège

Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, and after 15 years in the private sector (LVMH, Hermès) in commercial development positions, 4 years ago I undertook a professional transition.

I am now a professional certified coach. I propose to accompany you in your professional transition. I am also the co-founder of Bloomencia, a collective support program for professional retraining.

Concretely, how does it work?

Individual support takes place over ten sessions (sometimes it can be less or more depending on the problematic).
During these sessions, we will tackle your own problem, and can define together an action plan, according to your needs.

The sessions take place via Zoom and last between 1h and 1h30. Each session is spaced 10 to 15 days apart, ie a total of 4 to 6 months of support.

At the beginning of each session we establish together the subject to be treated according to your needs, or we continue the work from the previous session.

What can I expect at the end of the coaching?

The goal of coaching is on you support so that you can calmly design your next professional step, in line with your aspirations and your life project.

Unlike the "classic" skills assessment, coaching will be part of a global approach that will take into account both your professional and personal aspirations (financial, family, material constraints, etc.). It is for this reason that we integrate a great psychological dimension into it, thanks in particular to the Praditus personality test that we give you before the start of your support. This will allow you to have a greater knowledge of yourself and will also serve as a basis for the sessions.
