I offer personal training on clients goals, which involves weight loss, muscle gain, physical strength, body toning,athletic mobility, pre and post natal fitness,etc. I also offer fitness classes ;afro-dance aerobics,water aerobics,H.I.I.T,and others. Rehabilitation program for joints and muscles and also school physical education are part of my specialties. I train for kickboxing and self-defense hack also. I offer nutrition and fitness consultation. I am certified and a professional,so be rest assured that i got you covered.
