She is hands down one of the finest Russian teachers I have ever had, a true professional with solid expertise in language learning methodology. She has a rare ability to quickly assess personal interests and ability levels, and knows how to find the right balance between challenging exercises while retaining the fun of language learning. I have particularly appreciated her proactive approach to teaching, finding the right lesson programs, and frequently supplementing with new curriculum items based on our conversations together. Natalia is an excellent tutor and I very much enjoy our lessons. The lessons are well paced and she ensures each new section of vocab or grammar is understood and well-practiced, thereby building a solid foundation for the next concept. There are many opportunities to practice reading, speaking, and listening comprehension in each lesson. Fortunately for me, she is a very patient teacher, so I would definitely recommend her as a tutor!

I have had Russian lessons with Natalia for several years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her lessons are always meticulously prepared and she tailors them to work on my weaknesses. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Russian language and culture and I always come away from a lesson having learnt something that I did not know before.
