About Alexander
I am a certified Reiki master / teacher and also a yoga teacher. I am from Austria, but have been living in India for 3 years, where I also completed my Reiki and Yoga training. I have been teaching Reiki courses since 2018, mainly in small groups. Since 2020 I have also been offering these courses in an online format (live via video conference).
Besides the Reiki Courses, I conduct holistic and therapeutic Reiki treatments. In these sessions I incorporate various other holistic healing modalities like sound therapy (with Solfeggio Tuning Forks), yogic breathwork or meditation and visualization exercises.

I teach the traditional form of Reiki - Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui method of natural healing ). Reiki is divided into 3 'levels' or degrees: Level 1 - Reiki practitioner degree; Level 2 - Reiki Therapist Degree; Level 3 - Reiki Master Degree. I offer level 1 + 2 as an online format.
I usually teach the first degree over 2 days, about 3-4 hours per day, whereby the level 1 course can also be completed in one day. The therapist degree is also taught over 2 days.
Certified Reiki Level 1 course - course content and 'schedule':
Day 1 - first session via video conference (3-4 hours)
- 'Reiki Basics': types of energy work; What is Reiki ?; historical overview; the 5 Reiki principles; Initiation and purification process
- 'Energy Basics': the energetic body (chakras, nadis, prana, aura); the energy centers (chakras) and their function; the power of the mind (connection between matter, energy and consciousness); first Reiki initiation process
Day 2 - second session via video conference (3-4 hours)
- the holistic healing process (what is healing); the 'self healing method'; Energy diagnosis; the 'grounding and sealing' method; the method of treating others; Practice session; Reiki in everyday life; Second Reiki initiation process
After completing this course you will receive a certificate which enables you to continue the 'formal' Reiki training with any teacher.
The total price for the Reiki Level 1 is 160 Euro and for the Level 2 - 220 Euro.
