About Malka
I am a certified teacher in Special Education (EC-12th grade) and the core subjects (math, science, social studies, English, and reading). I also have certification in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). My experience has been with a diverse range of special needs students ranging from PreK to 8th grade. I have taught in all classroom settings as an inclusion, resource, and self-contained special education teacher. I obtained my Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Special Education Differentiation.

As a certified special ed teacher, I am dedicated to providing inclusive and personalized instruction for learners with diverse needs, including but not limited to those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD, behavioral disorders, dyslexia, intellectual disability, traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, emotional disabilities and other health impairments.
