About Rachel
I have been a high school Spanish teacher for 6 years and have taught students ranging from 13 - 18 years old. My work with high school students has extended to some of their time in college. I have several students that return to my lessons or call me for extra tutoring when they start taking upper level Spanish classes in college.

I am a high school Spanish teacher and know that learning a foreign language can be difficult! Some students just need a little extra help, one on one tutoring and explanation of grammar topics. I teach my students using a variety of strategies - songs, visuals, games and break down grammar lessons piece by piece. I would love to help you develop the basic skills and knowledge of the Spanish language! I have my bachelor's degree in modern and foreign languages with a concentration in Spanish. I also have a master's degree in K-12 education and an ESOL certificate.
