About Carisme
Hello, my name is Carisme. I am a TEFL certified English teacher with 140 hour certificate and 5 years online teaching experience. I am based in East London Eastern Cape and I teach from home in a quiet space with stable internet.
I love teaching because I love seeing students gain confidence to speak. I am patient, friendly, and I explain things in a simple way. I understand how hard it is to learn a second language.
I enjoy working with homeschool families, kids, and adults who need English for work and daily life. You can call me Teacher Carey. I am available Monday - Friday 9AM to 3.30PM, Saturday 11AM - 1PM, Sunday 11AM - 1PM South African time.

I help homeschool kids, and adults improve their English fast. My lessons focus on speaking confidence, not boring textbook reading. We practise real conversation for school, work, interviews, and business.
I use PPP method - Present, Practise, Produce. I bring free materials from British Council and Cambridge so you don't need to buy books. For kids I use games and stories, for adults real life topics.
My lessons are patient, friendly, and personalised to your goal. Available online via Zoom or Google Meet every day 9AM to 3.30PM SAST.
