About Violet

As a dedicated Singing tutor with 9 years of teaching and professional experience, I help students from school to college strengthen their vocal abilities and stage presence. I work with learners at all levels, guiding them to improve breathing, pitch, tone, and performance skills.

One of the proudest milestones in my career has been supporting students who overcame stage fear and performed confidently in competitions and school programmes. My teaching approach is structured, personalised, and encouraging, covering vocal warm-ups, breath exercises, rhythm practice, pitch control, and expressive singing techniques.

I believe that music education develops discipline, confidence, and creativity. My mission is to inspire students to reach their full potential and grow into skilled, confident, and expressive singers.

About the lesson

My singing methodology is built on guiding students towards confident, expressive, and technically sound performances. Flexibility enables me to tailor exercises and repertoire to each student’s strengths and improvement areas. Empathy allows me to recognise emotional barriers such as self-doubt or fear of mistakes. Compassion ensures that my lessons remain supportive and motivating at every stage of learning.

Clear communication helps students understand key concepts such as breath management, pitch alignment, articulation clarity, resonance control, and stylistic interpretation. I emphasise consistent practice habits and measurable progress.

Collaboration plays a vital role, as students work with me to select repertoire, prepare for performances, and evaluate their development. Along with Singing, I integrate Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Health awareness, and Performance Skills to promote sustainable and holistic artistic growth.
