About Trinity

I have been a pole dancer since January 11, 2020. I started out as a stripper in a small club in Casper, WY. I started learning tricks on day one, and quickly progressed in skill. After two months of my dancing career I started teaching a fellow dancer. By June 2021 I was actively training two dancers along with my mother and grandmother. That's when I decided to become certified and professionally train. I am not available for lessons til late January due to holidays.

About the lesson

All lessons included: ☆ 15-30min warm-up and conditioning (stretching and strength training) ☆ 45-60 min Pole work and choreography (step by step breakdown of each move/trick and choreography) ☆ 15-30min cool down (stretching and muscle rehab I offer: ◇ Intro to pole ◇ Pole L2 ◇ Exotic pole ◇ floorwork ◇Stripping101 ◇ Pole conditioning I believe that everyone should feel comfortable and sexy no matter their Gender, size, or color. My lessons will always be judgment free and supportive!
