About Ceona

My name is Ceona Esquivel, I have 8 years of experience and 500 hours of training. I have taught at yoga studios, gyms, online, and do house visits. I have also taught hybrid classes with students present in the room while using a webcam at the same time. I am passionate about helping you on your yoga journey. My classes provide a safe and encouraging space for all levels, with clear instruction and personalized attention, to help you gain flexibility, reduce stress, and feel your best.
