I'm a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My teaching style blends traditional practices with modern techniques, creating classes that are both grounding and empowering. I specialise in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, meditation, Advance Pranayam,(breathwork) and I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive space for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, I’m here to support your growth on and off the mat.

My classes offer a playful and creative approach to yoga, blending a variety of styles—from energising Vinyasa to grounding Hatha and soothing Restorative—to meet you where you are. Designed especially for busy minds and bodies, each session is a chance to recharge, reconnect, and have fun on the mat. You can expect dynamic movement, breathwork to centre and calm, and moments of stillness to integrate the practice. I also weave in meditation, yoga philosophy, and music to create an experience that’s both uplifting and grounding. Whether you’re stepping in for 30 minutes or a full flow, my goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.
