About Lila
I am an educator, yogi and doula specializing in health education and wellness. I love to work with people as they work towards achieving set goals and have had the pleasure of working with students of different ages and backgrounds. I have been an educator and doula for 8 years and trained as a yoga teacher two years ago. I use tools like yoga, meditation and writing to guide learning and self reflection and increase focus and creativity.

As a native Spanish speaker, originally from the Dominican Republic, I love to share my culture and the Spanish language with students.
