About Shanice
Hi, I’m Shanice, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher and the founder of Becoming Serenity. My journey into yoga began through my own desire to slow down, reconnect with myself, and create a more balanced relationship with life and well-being. What started as a personal practice became a true passion and calling to help others do the same. With a background in leadership, coaching, and mentorship, I bring a supportive, grounded, and empowering approach to teaching, creating spaces where students feel safe to grow, explore, and reconnect with themselves through movement and breath.

I offer personalized vinyasa, hatha, restorative yoga, and breath work in a supportive, welcoming environment where you can move at your own pace, build confidence, and feel more grounded in both body and mind.
