About Riddhi
With over 5 years of experience teaching yoga and a certified YTTC qualification, I offer a thoughtful and personalized approach to yoga. My classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa practices with asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience. I carefully adapt postures and flows to suit each student’s individual needs, helping them practice safely, build confidence, and progress at their own pace.
Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen your existing practice, my aim is to create a supportive, mindful, and welcoming space where you can connect with your body, calm your mind, and grow through the practice of yoga.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga flows thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs and level of practice.
Each session begins with asana practice, gradually moving into cooling-down postures, pranayama, and meditation to create a balanced experience for both body and mind.
My special focus as a teacher is making yoga accessible to everyone. I offer personalized modifications based on your flexibility, strength, and individual needs, allowing beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced students to understand the practice with ease, progress safely, and build greater flexibility over time.
