About Roshan

With 6 years of teaching experience, I am a committed Singing tutor who has successfully guided more than 180 students on their vocal journey. I teach students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced singers. My mission is to help every student find their true voice and enjoy the learning process with confidence and joy. My teaching is based on personalised learning. I understand that no two voices are the same, so I customise every lesson according to the student’s vocal ability, comfort level, and musical goals. My training focuses on breathing technique, pitch control, tone quality, voice balance, and smooth voice transitions. I also work on emotional expression and performance confidence. My classes are friendly, structured, and encouraging. I use daily warm-ups, vocal drills, and song practice to ensure steady improvement. I also guide students in basic music theory, rhythm training, and listening skills to strengthen their overall musical foundation. My unique strength is my patience and my ability to motivate students who feel shy or insecure about their voice. I help them gain confidence through positive support and consistent practice. I take great pride in seeing my students grow both as singers and as confident individuals.

My teaching methodology, guided by Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity (MCIC), helps students achieve technical mastery and expressive confidence. I focus on motivation by helping students set realistic goals, celebrate achievements, and maintain regular practice. Communication ensures a collaborative, supportive environment where students can ask questions, share ideas, and receive feedback to refine tone, pitch, phrasing, breath control, and expression. Integrity provides honest guidance, structured practice, and a respectful, professional learning space. Creativity encourages students to explore different styles, experiment with melodies, and develop their unique voice. I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and stage presence to provide a holistic musical foundation. Lessons are tailored to the student’s skill level, goals, and interests, combining exercises, guided practice, and interactive performance activities. This methodology strengthens technical skill, expressive performance, confidence, and stage presence.
