About Paolo
I am an unconventional cook, with thirty years of amateur experience and more. I'm an expert in wine and oil tasting. I learned to cook with the humility of someone who knows that in this job you never stop learning and that experimenting and making mistakes are absolutely natural qualities, which are an integral part of this work.
