About Frederic
I am very lucky to have been able to work different styles of cuisine: classic French and regional, these are the bases of my learning, I obtained my certificate and my professional certificate. but I also work in gastronomic catering, in fast food and bistro rascals, tropical in the West Indies, spicy and exotic in South America, sophisticated as a private chef on yachts, vegetarian on a pollution control sailboat, all punctuated by pastry, delicatessen fishmonger. during this course I trained several apprentices, some of whom are today in Michelin-starred restaurants !! I can intervene at your place, I adapt to your environment to teach you the basics or to help you in the creation and the realization of a special menu that you will have chosen for 2 or for 20, I promise you that you will get there !
