I am very passionate about maths and have really seen the theory put into practice through my Chemical Engineering degree. Therefore, I always find it important to show the practical side of maths in my lessons which I find is more fun and engaging.
I like to make sure students question their answers - to ask themselves if the answer makes sense since this will become particularly important if they choose to take a career in STEM. This also helps iron out any errors students make which can be crucial when it comes to exams.
